Adding a sub-user to a control panel offers significant benefits. It allows for task delegation and responsibility sharing, which simplifies management and increases efficiency. Sub-users can be assigned different levels of access and permissions, enhancing security and controlling access to sensitive information. Additionally, it facilitates teamwork and improves coordination within the team, as each member has clearly defined roles and responsibilities.

HOW TO ADD SUB-USER IN YOUR SERVER?

Step 1) Go to your console > click on your server > navigate to the "USERS" button.


Step 2) When you locate in "USERS" section click on "NEW USER" enter the email address and select what permissions you want the user to have > When you are ready with permissions select click on "INVITE USER"



NOTE: To add an account, it must first exist in our system. Therefore, the sub-user needs to register in our client area (my.qgs.bg). Once registered, you can then add their email to the console of your server.

I HAVE ADDED THE USER BUT HE DOESN'T SEE THE SERVICE?

Once you add a user to your server, they cannot access your services in the client area; instead, they can access the control panel with the appropriate rights you have granted them. To access the control panel the user must visit the following URL - console.qgshosting.com or through the client area:
